Refund and Return Policy – PIVOT & PIN

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have received, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the items meet the criteria outlined below.

To initiate a return, please provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Once your return is approved and received, you will be eligible for either an exchange or store credit refund, excluding any original shipping costs.

We are unable to accept items that have been used or are not in resalable condition.

If you believe your PIVOT & PIN product has a manufacturing defect or material flaw, we will accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Terms and Conditions

  • All returned items must be Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Items customized with heat-press vinyls are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A shipping fee will apply before dispatching any exchanged item(s).

  • Please ensure all returns are:

    • Securely packaged
    • Sent using a traceable and insured shipping service.
  • PIVOT & PIN is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • All returned items are subject to a quality inspection. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.
  • Sale, discounted, and imperfect items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Policy Enforcement

Our return policy is designed to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience. However, if we detect frequent or abusive return behavior that violates our terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including:
